Approach & Philosophy

  • Play is a child’s main occupation and is a very important way to learn.

  • Neurodiversity affirming, family centred therapy approach. We may only spend 20 hours in a year supporting your child, but educating families will then enable the child to continue therapy at home.

  • Model of Child Engagement by Greg Santucci. If a child does not feel safe or that they are with a trusted adult, they cannot be regulated. You must be regulated to participate in skill building and learning tasks.
